Si fuera necesario utilizar el original se dejar\u00e1 constancia de la extracci\u00f3n mediante un testigo que especifique la fecha y persona que lo ha cogido (ver impreso B110 FA\/01).<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square\">\n<li>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/registro.umh.es\/files\/2008\/11\/b110-fa-01-hoja-de-control-de-circulacion-de-documentos.doc\">Hoja de control de circulaci\u00f3n de documento FA01<\/a>&nbsp;(Descarga formulario)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3n de documentos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La eliminaci\u00f3n de documentos requerir\u00e1 el dictamen preceptivo de la Junta Calificadora de&nbsp;Documentos Administrativos. Porque no&nbsp;todos los documentos son iguales, de ah\u00ed que no debamos mezclar los diferentes tipos de documentaci\u00f3n.
